I know we are all saddened by the news of the Raleigh Eads office closing and Malinda leaving but please remember....

We ask for the biggest send off you can give us. The main thing that Malinda would like from everyone is a heart. A picture of heart with your names (first name, first initial of last name), a picture of you cut out in the shape of a heart, a letter written inside a heart. We want to hear from everyone. Patients that graduated from us, moved away and started their own families. If we touched your heart in anyway we want to hear from you.

You many drop off the hearts at our office or BETTERx in Oakland & Carl Perkins Child Advocacy Center - Fayette in Somerville will have a box for you to drop your package for us there or if you are far away email to raleigh_grouphw@yahoo.com.

After more than 18 years of proudly serving Fayette and the surrounding counties, the Raleigh Group’s Eads Office will be closing its doors. Our final day of operation will be June 27th.

We are deeply grateful for the trust, support, and relationships built over nearly two decades. It has been an honor to serve this community and the surrounding counties.

We ask for the biggest send off you can give us. The main thing that Malinda would like from everyone is a heart.
