’s 7 to 11-year-olds worked through a creative strength circuit at Training HAUS – Woodbury with Coach Charles Boehm. Athletes bear crawled across the turf while pushing a five-pound dumbbell in any way possible, then hit 20 jumps to reinforce power and landing mechanics.
Letting kids move in unusual positions and experiment with different strategies builds body awareness, stability, and problem-solving.
