These Mini Pizzas come together fast and hit the perfect balance of carbs, protein, and flavor. It’s a simple way to make your favorite comfort food work harder for you.
Recipe
• 1 whole grain English muffin or bagel
• 2 Tbsp pizza sauce
• ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• ¼ cup pre-cooked chicken and/or turkey pepperoni
• Dried Italian seasoning or basil (optional)
Toast the English muffin or bagel slice. Spread tomato sauce, season as desired, and sprinkle cheese on top. Add chicken and/or turkey pepperoni. Microwave until the cheese is melted and the meat is warm. Finish with dried seasoning of choice. Try it, save it, share it.
