Let Monday be a gentle reminder that you’re allowed to start over as often as you need.

Not just once. Not just at the beginning of the year. But anytime life feels heavy, unclear, or off track.

You don’t need permission to reset. You don’t need to earn rest or clarity.

Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do for your mental health is to pause, re-center, and begin again, with grace, not guilt.

So, whether today feels messy, motivated, or somewhere in between, just know that you’re doing better than you think.

Let’s take Mondays as a space to breathe, reflect, and move forward at our own pace.

Today's Community Conversations & Conference was nothing short of powerful.

We had the honor of hearing Tyrre Burks share his journey, a story shaped by uncertainty, resilience, and growth. Thank you, Tyrre, for your openness and vulnerability. Your words left a lasting impact.

Russ Turner and Warren Duncan delivered powerful sessions focused on navigating anxiety during uncertain times, offering both insight and tangible tools to move forward with clarity.

We wrapped up the day with an inspiring panel featuring Rebecca Rabb, Gayle Smaller Jr, Jessica Poole, and Emmaline Childs, skillfully moderated by Shannan Paul. Their conversation brought real perspectives on what it means to navigate uncertainty across all areas of life.

Today was a reminder of why spaces like this matter. People showed up ready to listen, ready to share, and most importantly, ready to grow.

These conversations don’t end today, they’re just getting started.

Thank you to everyone who helped bring this vision to life. Let’s keep building a community that listens, learns, and leads with purpose.
