Our Eagan Pointe residents were all set to head out to the ball game. We cheered for the home team as the Twins hosted the Astros at Target Field. The Twins lost, but we had a terrific afternoon!

Back in August, our Eagan Pointe community celebrated the opening of the Great Minnesota Get-Together by having some drinks and specialty fair foods at a State Fair Happy Hour event. Chef Matt made us some delicious caprese cheese curds, cinna-sugar crust tidbits, mini donuts, and pickle pizza! Plus, we got to watch a live stream of the State Fair!

In mid-September, some of our Eagan Pointe residents spent an afternoon sightseeing along the Mississippi River on a Padelford Riverboats cruise. We were fortunate that the rain stopped for our cruise, so we were able to enjoy a beautiful day!

Our Eagan Pointe community started the month of October in the best way possible: with an Oktoberfest celebration!

Residents enjoyed a choice of beer or wine with warm soft pretzels and cheese while being serenaded by Denny the Accordionist and his lively array of polka music.

Our Fall Social event at Eagan Pointe offered an opportunity for residents to enjoy some fall-themed treats and meet new people.

Each resident was randomly assigned to a table where they found new friends, some get-to-know-you/reminiscing questions, and tasty treats waiting. Our menu included pumpkin spice kettle corn, apple pie a la mode Oreos, maple crème caramels, stuffing-flavored potato chips, salted caramel wafer roll cookies, pumpkin spice ice cream bites, and an autumn punch.
