All aboard for some holiday sparkle!

Last month, our Garden Cove residents at Eagan Pointe went on a holiday lights tour. We enjoyed a festive drive around the city of Eagan, taking in the twinkling Christmas lights and seasonal cheer. We saw so many unique and beautiful displays that put us all in the holiday spirit!

Few things warm the body and comfort the soul like a bowl of soup. With so many varieties, there are virtually countless ways to enjoy soup. And because it’s also nutritious, soup is an ideal meal option. For seniors in particular, soup provides a host of benefits:

• Provides a range of nutrients, including vitamins, antioxidants, fiber, and minerals
• Easy to prepare and reheat
• Some ingredients, like carrots and onions, support immunity
