For this replay of the shamanic sound journey circle convened January 9th, 2026, Set aside some sacred space and time (50:47 m) and give this ceremony to yourself, to nourish your soul.

We treat ourselves to a shamanic sound journey to shed old 2025 flotsam and jetsam...I keep hearing the wood snake say "Final Call" for stepping out of all those skins we been itching to sluff off. So they coaxed me to offer an impromptu Sound journey circle, which I usually have all scheduled out. Monday the prayer dropped in, Friday 12 of us convened! This is a recording of the Meditation and Journey portions of the circle.

We call in our compassionate spirits, guides, power animals, goddesses, gods, deities. We welcome, commune & merge with tree beings who remind us how to connect with Earth and Stars. They show us how they are continually contributing to their soil magic by sloughing, sloughing, sloughing off root tip cells infinitum. With our People, Snake, Sacred Fire, we journey to shed in the cave of the heart. Supported by our whole and well ancestors, compassionate spirits, the snake nations, we release. We let go of what no longer serves us, shedding the skin of 2025 worries, woes, obsolete energies, behaviors, patterns, thoughtforms. We then climb back to the top of the tree (tree crown) to receive and be in exchange with the star nation and moon for star codes, divine wisdom and pure galactic love. We remember and cultivate deep gratitude for gifts and wisdom in our medicine bags that we have gathered along our EarthWalks. In these ways, these frequencies that we vibrate allow us to merge with and ride the fire horse of 2026, lighter, clearer, stronger.

Listening to SoulNote First Session in 2026

As often happens, I went into the studio today (Jan. 3, 2026) for my first focused day of creativity in weeks to do a personal journey. To ask what SoulNote (Shamanic Sound Arts) wants of me...how the expression of my soul's purpose wants to unfold, offer, transform, shift, serve. It turned into for a larger collective of people seeking transformation. For hope, direction, guidance....

Into the North: A Sound Journey Circle of Winter Healing

A Telepathic gathering on Zoom

Join in ceremony and community as we ride high vibrational sounds into the north of the year. The north is traditionally a place on the wheel of the year, and a myriad of cycles, where we die to our old selves, what is no longer needed. In the north we invite communion with our well and whole ancestors. In the northern hemisphere, winter turns us inward, close to the fire, the hearth. Gratitude and wisdom stir, as we reflect on the gifts and shifts we have experienced during the east, south and west of the year.

We come together, share as you wish. Whatever is on your mind, heart. Struggles, successes, sadness, joyousness. Fears, hopes. We carry these into the sound journey for release, transformation, gathering up light and wisdom, calling in the vibrations, qualities, nature needed for soul nourishment and well-being. We can call on our whole and well ancestors--They have much to teach us about how to walk on earth, with Earth, in powerful, uplifting, sustainable soulful ways.

We allow the magic of our helping spirits, guides, power animals, gods, goddesses. Your truly potent self, illuminating soul, nature spirit that is you. We merge more consciously with nature as we head into the “Great White North” where the elements can have their loving ways with us. The place where whole and well ancestors greets us, the trees guide us, snow and winds cleanse us and hone and nourish us for the coming year.

Preparation builds intention, intention brings focus and power. So, to prepare, begin listening to what your heart is yearning. Collect items to put on your altar for this ceremony-- perhaps it feels right to create a new altar for our ceremony together, inviting the power of your "Into the North Altar" build. We will join our altars together, creating a vibrating illuminated web between us, Earth, Nature beings, for our humble greeting of the coming of light.

Know that I am keeping you each in my heart during this time. Breathe. I know there is a lot going on, with holidays, politics, and other vibrational phenomena...We need each other, and can access each other, even if we do not physically connect for this or any other reason for now. There will be a well where all of the potent power generating in this ceremony, around my altar, on the land here, to drink from anytime. In fact, I officially invite you to sip...get filled. The nature beings, especially the trees, are filling filling filling me, us with light. They totally know how to capture it.
