Our mission is to ensure every resident feels at home. Rotary Senior Living excels in personalized care, we customize service offerings and create a preference-based relationship. Our residents have the freedom to make choices that deliver day to day fulfillment. We are located in Eagle Grove, Iowa. Approximately 40 minutes from Mason City, Iowa Falls, or Ames, and approximately 20 minutes from th

e cities of Clarion, Fort Dodge, Humboldt, and Webster City. Being centrally located to regional hospitals, specialty clinics, and medical centers is one of the many perks of Rotary Senior Living.

Meet Megan, our May Employee of the Month! 🌟

Megan has been in healthcare off and on since 2011 and joined Rotary Senior Living at the beginning of January, bringing compassion and dedication to her role as a CNA and a true love for spending time with residents. 💙

Outside of work, she enjoys time with her four kids, caring for her five cats and three dogs, kayaking, walking, and even a good scratch ticket. 🐾🥰

“I can honestly say everybody here is so good to you. Whenever you need something, they’re right there to help—it feels like they almost run to you. They’re all so kind, and the food is good too.

One of my favorite experiences was taking a bus ride to an appointment. It reminded me of a school bus, and I hadn’t been on one since I was a little girl. The driver had music playing, and when he asked if it was too loud, I said, ‘No! Turn it louder!’ I was moving along to the music the whole ride—we had such a fun time.

I also really enjoy therapy, especially riding the bike. I actually look forward to it because you feel so much better afterward. Everyone here treats you so well. I’ve made a few friends, and I really love my new room and my roommate. It truly feels like a good place to be.” – Marilyn K.
