Let’s talk sauna temperatures! 🌡️

The ideal sauna temperature ranges from 70°C to 82°C (158°F to 180°F), creating the perfect environment for a detoxifying session. While some of the Finns around here will tell you pushing 200°F is their fav, it’s not for everyone and should be approached with caution.

Not only does the heat cleanse the skin and open pores, but it also boosts your heart rate, enhances circulation, and induces a state of pure relaxation. It’s like a mini tropical getaway.

But hey– everyone’s heat tolerance is different. It’s important to listen to your body and your personal comfort levels. So whether you’re a sauna newbie or a seasoned pro, there’s a temperature sweet spot waiting for you. For our past customers out there, what’s your favorite feeling after a good 🔥 sauna session? 💦
