📍 Location: Dallas, TX
💰 Compensation: $61.06 – $103.85/hr (based on experience)
Role Overview:
The Director of HRIS provides vision and leadership for Human Resources Information Systems, overseeing strategy, planning, budgeting, integrations, and system optimization across the Office of Talent Management (OTM). This role partners closely with HR leadership, Information Systems, and the CISO to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient HR technology solutions that support enterprise-wide business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HRIS strategy, system integrations, and data governance using best practices.
- Manage projects, budgets, and cross-functional initiatives supporting HR operations.
- Ensure continuity, reliability, and high-quality service delivery to system users.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- 10+ years of HRIS experience with Workday (required).
- Strong knowledge of HR and business processes, analytics, and project management.
- Must disclose any prior Parkland employment history (required).
Highly Preferred:
- UKG experience.
- Background where HRIS reports through HR (not IT).
- Combined experience in HR operations and HRIS leadership.
