Dear valued patients and parents,

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the permanent closure of our pediatric practice on April 27. We want to thank you for allowing us to be a part of your child's healthcare journey and for entrusting us with their well-being.

We will continue to provide care to our patients until April 27, so please don't hesitate to schedule appointments during this time. We will also be happy to assist you in transferring your child's medical records to another provider of your choice after April 28.

We understand that this news may come as a shock, and we want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly. We have cherished the relationships we have built with each and every one of our patients and their families, and we will deeply miss being a part of your lives.

Thank you again for your trust and support throughout the years. It has been an honor and a privilege to serve our community.
