Join our compassionate and dedicated team at La Hacienda De Paz! We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage Central Supply and Medical Records for our skilled nursing facility.
Position Overview:
This dual-role position is essential to our facility’s operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ordering and maintaining medical supplies and equipment, as well as managing, organizing, and securing resident medical records in compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
Responsibilities include:
✅ Ordering and inventory management of medical supplies
✅ Receiving and stocking incoming supplies
✅ Tracking usage and maintaining appropriate par levels
✅ Ensuring accurate and up-to-date medical records
✅ Filing, scanning, and organizing documentation securely
✅ Assisting nursing and administrative staff with records and supply needs
Qualifications:
🔹 Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred
🔹 Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
🔹 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
🔹 Computer proficiency and ability to learn facility systems
🔹 Ability to multitask and work independently
