Hi Bearfoot Friends 🐻

Class today with Aprille was so delicious! Stretching and strengthening was like a healthy meal 🥦 and shavasana at the end was like a yummy dessert! 🍨

Treat your body well and bring a NEW friend to the studio for FREE (in October only). Aprille's class is on Tuesdays at 9:15 AM. Stay healthy, flexible and strong this winter! Also feel free to bring a returning friend and you can share your punchcard with a friend as well. Again a 10 class punchcard is $130 or the drop in rate is $16. Please call ☎️ the studio at 907-622-BEAR (2327) if you will be bringing a friend and that will give us a nice idea of the class size. 😊

Hi 🐻 Bearfoot Friends!
Aprille will be out of town next Tuesday, September 24th so there is no yoga class. Class resumes the following week on Tuesday, October 1st at 9:15 AM. In the meantime, you can enjoy a poolside workout with me below! 😊
