NOVA WILL BE CLOSED TOMORROW!
We’ve heard rumors that winter has returned. In the interest of the safety of our patients and employees, Nova Integrated Care will be closed Monday, March 16.

February is the second and shortest month of the year, in the peaceful depth of winter in the Northwoods. It is named for the Roman cleansing festival of "Februa," and associated with purification and hope. February is known as Black History Month and American Heart Month.

MEDICAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST

Are you awesome? Nova Integrated Care wants to meet you!
We're looking for a friendly and professional individual to run our front desk.

Are you a good multi-tasker? If so, you've already met one of our needs. The ideal candidate will also have a professional presence, be personable, approachable, but also assertive. You'll need to greet patients and answer the phone, sometimes at the same time. You will be taught and will need to explain the basic patient care model. You should have an understanding of computer applications (Windows) and a willingness to learn.

Other duties include (but are not limited to): making appointments, processing in-person payments, scanning insurance and HIPAA forms, managing medical record authorization release/request forms, patient callbacks, stocking and maintenance of basic office supplies, awareness of patients in the waiting room, and running occasional errands to the bank/post office, etc.

This job is in-person, Monday-Thursday, 8:45am-5pm, and Fridays 8:45am-noon.
