MEDICAL OFFICE RECEPTIONIST
Are you awesome (or do you know someone who is)? Nova Integrated Care wants to meet you!
We're looking for a friendly and professional individual to help run our front desk on a part-time basis.
Are you a good multi-tasker? If so, you've already met one of our needs. The ideal candidate will also have a professional presence, be personable, approachable, but also assertive. You'll need to greet patients and answer the phone, sometimes at the same time. You will be taught and will need to explain the basic patient care model. You should have an understanding of computer applications (Windows) and a willingness to learn.
Other duties include (but are not limited to): making appointments, processing in-person payments, scanning insurance and HIPAA forms, managing medical record authorization release/request forms, patient callbacks, stocking and maintenance of basic office supplies, awareness of patients in the waiting room, and running occasional errands to the bank/post office, etc.
This P/T job is in-person, during our regular business hours of Monday-Thursday, 8:45am-5pm, and Fridays 8:45am-noon.
