Shawna Ragan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in infant and early childhood mental health. Shawna is in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tricare, Aetna, Cigna, EBMS, Optum Health, and UMR. Rachel Boudreau is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with children, families, and adults.

Our Story

Trinity Family Counseling is an agency created to serve the unique needs of individuals, families and children. Shawna opened Trinity Family Counseling in 2013 after moving to the Anchorage area. Rachel later joined Trinity Family Counseling in 2018. David joined the practice in 2020.

Shawna has extensive experience working in the mental health field for 18 years. Shawna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is an infant mental health specialist. Rachel has significant experience working with children and families for 13 years. David has over 25 years of experience in ministry and adds a beautiful dynamic of working with couples and individuals experiencing addiction, a wonderful addition to the practice.

After working out of an office for several years, Trinity Family Counseling moved to the Trinity House in the spring of 2020. We now a Telehealth option available as well.
