Who's excited about the upcoming "ring of fire" solar eclipse?! As your local eye care providers, we want to help you have a SAFE viewing experience.

Remember: looking at the sun without proper solar protection is always a bad idea that can result in permanent vision loss. This eclipse, in particular, will be a partial eclipse, so proper eye protection is a MUST. Normal sun glasses won't cut it.

That is why we will be giving away FREE solar-safe sunglasses. Just stop by our office any time during our regular business hours this week, and we will be happy to provide you with a free pair! We have a limited quantity available, so hurry in to get your pair before they run out!

This month’s solar eclipse will be the first one viewable from Boise since 2017.

That's why we recommend anti-reflective coatings on all our lenses (to help with night time glare), and polarization with sunglasses (to help with daytime glare) 😎
