I have rotator cuff surgery on Friday. I’m making my pain pills with my left hand tonight! It’s taking twice as long, but I’m getting faster! Going for a limited narcotic surgery and narcotic free post surgery!
I tore up my shoulder in the spring, hurt it again at the Grand Canyon in the fall, and a Christmas Day slip & fall on the ice finished it off. I have only one functioning muscle in my shoulder and the pain has been unbelievable.
I’m grateful for this injury, because I have used this opportunity to create my best anti inflammatory pain relieving blend to date!!!
Some of my best lessons, opportunity and work have come from things that were hard, painful and sometimes even dark.
