We are so excited to share that Golden Hour has a new addition to the team!

Katy Frame is a board-certified acupuncturist dedicated to helping clients achieve optimal health—physically, mentally, and emotionally. With over a decade of experience, she blends the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern healing techniques to create personalized treatment plans for each individual.

A lifelong athlete, dancer, and competitive tennis player, Katy understands the toll that injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain can take on both the body and mind. Her personal journey to living pain-free led her to Chinese medicine, where she discovered the transformative power of acupuncture. She holds a Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine and is nationally and state licensed.

Katy specializes in treating a wide range of conditions, including:

🔸Systemic & autoimmune conditions – fibromyalgia, Hashimoto’s, lupus
🔸Mental & emotional well-being – anxiety, depression, grief, addiction

As a thank you for such a wonderful year, we are offering Celluma light therapy with every session booked now through Christmas!

Celluma light therapy is an FDA-cleared (this means it has been rigorously reviewed for efficacy and safety) light therapy device that alleviates pain, promotes healing, treats acne, and reduces wrinkles and fine lines.

Light therapy, also known as phototherapy, or low level light therapy, is the application of specific wavelengths of light energy to tissue to obtain therapeutic benefits for a variety of skin and pain conditions and even hair restoration.

I am so thrilled to announce our newest addition to the team, Christine Goodison, Licensed Acupuncturist.

Christina has been practicing Chinese Medicine since 2011. She earned her masters of science in traditional Chinese medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and has a special passion for supporting patients in their fertility journey. She also loves treating patients struggling with chronic or acute pain, sports injuries, migraines and digestive disorders to name a few!

One of the things Christina loves most about our field of medicine is that so often her patients come in having already “tried everything” with little to no change in their condition and within a relatively short period of time, acupuncture produces profound and long lasting results. Getting to the root of the problem is so key to real progress when it comes to healthcare and this is her top priority.

Christina will be seeing patients on Tuesday and Friday afternoons starting this week! I am SO excited for you to get to know her and experience her clinical skills first hand.
