Raise your hand if you've ever received a medical bill in the mail, weeks or months after the service, and you have no idea what your insurance actually covered. What did co-insurance pick up? How much went towards your deductible? Was that doctor in-network or out-of-network?

It's crazy to me that we still don't have bill transparency in the medical field. Even I've received bills in the past and I'd have no idea why my insurance decided to pick up X service and not Y service. And I work in healthcare!

Obviously, that's not enough time to discuss and cover all of a patient's healthcare concerns and questions.

We are different.

At Appleton Clinics here in the Treasure Valley, we let you spend as much time with your doctor as you need. That means we spend almost 4x the amount of time the average doctor does with their patient. You are not just a number to us. We don't shuffle through dozens and dozens of patients a day.

We personally get to know all of our members so that we can help you with customized, personal care.
