Lynda Smith (short story)

I’m Lynda Smith, Psychoenergetic Counselor, Coach & Consultant.

For more than 15 years I have helped thousands of individuals, just like YOU, learn to awaken, empower and enlighten all areas of their lives using complementary modalities that have been proven to energetically heal and transform the whole person.

Complimentary modalities are sometimes referred to as energy modalities or energy healing modalities because they utilize various energy systems in the body, such as meridians, chakras, auras, etc. Many of these are recognized therapies that have been incorporated into clinics, hospitals, and treatment centers throughout the world because of their effectiveness.

These modalities have been practiced for thousands of years and have roots in Eastern Medicine. My studies and practice are rooted in Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) an ancient Chinese exercise and healing technique that involves meditation, controlled breathing and movement exercises. Qigong is sometimes translated as "vital energy cultivation" or "mastery of your energy."
