Time to raise those mowing decks! And water 💦 Had a chance today to capture a side by side comparison on the importance of yard health during these times of high heat and humidity. Both yards are untreated, and at weekly service....ours at a 4” cut, and the next taken as low as it can go.
In our region these temperatures are brutal on your yard, so for you DIY guys and gals out there taking pride in the first impression of your home, this is our friendly outreach reminder to raise your mowing decks, and make it easy on yourself and be the envy of the neighborhood!

Up-n-comers in the lawn care industry!
We have an opportunity for *residential* subcontracting and are beginning to vet candidates who are looking for more yards, fast growth, and growing their client base!

The right person will have (need):
Mowers (commercial preferred)
Trimming and hand held equipment.
The mentality of an owner.
Attention to detail and punctuality.

When we have selected a candidate we will be on site with you for your first service, introduce you to your clients, what their expectations are of you and what level of service you will be providing.
*this is a net 45 pay schedule*
When the season is completed we will discuss signing over the contracts and you may then run your service under your banner/name solely and take ownership of them.
The work will be subject to inspection and all arising concerns and opportunities will be addressed by both parties.

Because when you find yourself walking once more into the Frey, you need strength, durability, quality, and the horsepower to bond human and machine to tackle what other machines can’t, to rise amongst the fumes of fuel and weeds, and the versatility to go from bushwhacking to stripes in quick moment. Like you just ran your enemy thru and gave them one last shot of wine... .

***NOW HIRING***
Now accepting resumes and inquiries for two (2) lawn care team members to begin work mid-June, possibly sooner.
Duties will include trimming, landscaping, fencing, and other property services. Starting pay $10-$12/hr based on experience and will train the right candidate(s). Transportation is a must! Mileage reimbursement dependent on site location.

These are part-time positions with potential for full-time based off performance. Uniform provided, safety gear provided, and two week pay cycle.

USPS Walton:
Had a bit of a trench/erosion correction today! Back-filled with a combination of dirt and concrete fines, tamped level, new landscape fabric applied and then good ol fashioned small river rock. Finished it all off by installing proper down spout tubing running down the sides.

Puppy park update: We extended the backside of the play area, widened the fence border to create a running space along the fence and widened the ramp area so the puppers don’t track mud onto the deck! 🐶🐶🐶
