Everyone says they treat the “root cause.”
Almost no one actually does.
Pain isn’t a bone out of place or a picture on an X-ray.
It’s your body telling you that a movement system can’t meet the demands placed on it.
Root cause =
• Feet that can’t create or resist force
• Hips that don’t rotate through a full workspace
• A ribcage that doesn’t expand or compress efficiently
• A nervous system that doesn’t trust the load
• Tissue capacity that doesn’t match your lifestyle
Pain relief is the easy part.
Anyone can make you feel better today.
Staying out of pain requires control, strength, and progressive load.
