Great movement is consistent movement.

This isn’t anti-chiropractic or anti-physical therapy.
This is anti-cookie-cutter healthcare.

Everyone says they treat the “root cause.”
Almost no one actually does.

Pain isn’t a bone out of place or a picture on an X-ray.
It’s your body telling you that a movement system can’t meet the demands placed on it.

Root cause =
• Feet that can’t create or resist force
• Hips that don’t rotate through a full workspace
• A ribcage that doesn’t expand or compress efficiently
• A nervous system that doesn’t trust the load
• Tissue capacity that doesn’t match your lifestyle

Pain relief is the easy part.
Anyone can make you feel better today.
Staying out of pain requires control, strength, and progressive load.

Computerized nerve scans.

A pre-built care plan that somehow everyone qualifies for.

Let’s call this what it is:
👉 A marketing funnel, not healthcare.
Those bright, alarming scans? (pssst - mean nothing)
They’re not measuring spinal function.
They’re not identifying a nerve problem.
They’re not telling you what’s actually causing your pain.

They’re measuring one thing:
👉 How likely you are to be sucked into their sales pitch......

Here’s the truth:
Your spine doesn’t need a coupon.
It needs capacity, control, and a competent therapist.

What actually solves pain long-term?
• A real movement assessment
• Identifying joint-by-joint limitations
• Strength and stability training
• Improving load tolerance
• Teaching the nervous system to feel safe under stress

None of that shows up on a thermal scanner.
None of that is revealed by a $47 X-ray.
None of that requires fear-based graphics or dramatic “red zones.”
📚 𝙎𝙘𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠:
Surface EMG and thermal scans have zero clinical validity for diagnosing spinal dysfunction, nerve irritation, or subluxations. None.

So why are they used?

If your spine were truly “out of alignment,” you wouldn’t be walking into a chiropractic office; you’d be wheeled into a trauma bay.

Vertebrae don’t slip in and out like rickety blocks in a Jenga tower.
They don’t rotate off-axis because you slept wrong.
They don’t “pop back into place” because someone applied enough force and some noises with your spine.
That entire narrative should’ve died decades ago.

Your spine is a load-sharing, self-stabilizing, highly adaptive structure.
It’s built to bend, rotate, twist, absorb force, and distribute pressure across joints, discs, ligaments, fascia, and musculature.

It isn’t fragile.
It isn’t misaligned.
It isn’t waiting for someone to “fix” it.

So what actually shapes posture and spinal mechanics?
• How your hips and ribs move
• How strong your deep core is
• How well your joints share load
• How your nervous system interprets stress
• Breathing mechanics
• Repetitive positions and habits

📚 Science check:
There is no credible evidence that vertebrae “go out” and need to be “put back into place.”
Even chiropractic research groups have abandoned that language.
Posture changes through training, strength, motor control, and load adaptation, not cracking.

The sooner we stop treating the spine like a fragile stack of blocks, the sooner people actually get better.

If your nerves were actually “blocked,” you wouldn’t be scrolling Instagram… you’d be on an operating table.

Let’s stop pretending every ache and tingle is a “pinched nerve.

Pain is your nervous system asking for better movement, not a magical realignment.

What really drives irritation?
• Poor joint mechanics
• Weak stabilizers
• Load your body can’t currently tolerate

None of that gets fixed by a color-changing “nerve scan.”

📚 Science check: Manipulation changes how the brain perceives pain for a short period. It does not “unblock” nerves. (Bialosky et al., JOSPT, 2009)

You don’t need fear-based diagnostics. You need to restore control, mobility, and strength.

Your nervous system responds to movement, not marketing.
