Great movement isn’t flashy.
It isn’t trendy.
And it definitely isn’t found buried under a pile of foam rollers.
Great movement is consistent movement.
You don’t fix poor mechanics with gadgets, hacks, or another “recovery” tool.
You fix it by:
Repeating quality patterns
Owning your ranges of motion
Building control before chasing intensity
Foam rolling can feel good. Cool.
But if your joints can’t control motion, your body will keep finding work-arounds and pain has a funny way of tagging along.
Consistency beats novelty.
Mechanics beat magic.
Do the boring stuff well… and your body rewards you for it.
