The focus of the newsletter is how to plan for the fall.

As you begin to plan, you want to think about the type of nutrition lifestyle that will match your daily goals, life, etc.

Whether it’s macro counting, intermittent fasting, or just beginning to learn how to group foods together and learning portions:)

I offer some tips and info on how to lead you in the right direction in what type of healthy lifestyle works for you!

I also offer nutritional templates and meal plans to help jumpstart all this for you:) REAL FOOD and REAL LASTING RESULTS.

is always a great time to reset those nutrition and fitness intentions/goals you have.

I don’t think starting over or thinking it’s an all or nothing mindset is necessarily the right way to think, but setting new goals that are realistic and that allows you to enjoy life I am all about.

I have a couple of pictures to show what putting your nutrition and exercise can do for your mental clarity as well as your body. Swipe left! I will post another testimony slide as well!

These results didn’t happen overnight. This was months of work and dedication, but also enjoying life, family, friends and festivities as well!

There’s a group of us starting in January. I have detailed plans as well as just simple basic steps if a plan seems to daunting for you.

I will say, the plans allow for life and flexibility!! I don’t believe in an all or nothing approach!

Finding a lifestyle that works with your family, work and goals is what I believe in!

ALL of you out there who work their tails off.

Doing nutrition coaching for over 15 years as well as adopting a lifestyle of eating for myself during this time, I get told a lot …

You’re so lucky you’re small I bet you get to do whatever you want. Eat, drink anything you want. You have good genes!

When I Hear that all I say thank you , but then I respond with actually I work my butt off.

Yes, I go to the gym for my mind, sanity and my health… And of course a bit of vainity since I want to look FIT as well ha ha. BUT, the real work comes in the kitchen.

Little small disciplines and consistency overtime is how you see results as well as change your lifestyle instead of a dieting circle.

Your relationship with food whether it’s sadness, happiness, anxiety/depression etc. has a lot to do with those little disciplines and consistencies overtime.

I want to say for all of those who work your tails off in the gym and with your food keep up the good work !!!

Creating a lifestyle change is what changes the mindset!!

Remember exercise determines the shape of your body but whether you see that shape or not, is with proper nutrition.

Nothing in life that’s worth it comes easy. It’s always the journey and the hard work that you remember when you start to see the results you want 💪🏻❤️
