Joe called this 5th exercise of his 34 mat exercises: Rolling Back. In Classical Pilates it is known as Rolling Like A Ball.

Top 10 benefits of Rolling:

1️⃣it massages the mus­cles around the spine

2️⃣it boosts blood flow and breathing

3️⃣it improves mobility of the spine

4️⃣it creates self-myofascial release

5️⃣it strengthens abdominals

6️⃣it improves sense of balance
