Terry joined Edgewood Eagle Island in July 2024, and in just over a year, she’s become a true heartbeat of our community! With her kind, patient, and fun-loving spirit, she brings joy to every room she enters. Residents feel comfortable and cared for, families know their loved ones are in the best hands, and coworkers adore her—many even call her their “work mom.” 🌟

Terry is always ready to jump in wherever needed—helping on both floors, training new staff, or lending a hand with any task big or small. She spreads laughter, encourages her team, and makes every day brighter. Her love for family and horses along with her joyful energy are just the cherry on top of the amazing care she gives!
