A basket of fresh Hawthorn flowers and leaves from the garden.
For Hawthorn tincture we harvest the flowers and leaves and extract them fresh in the Spring and in the Fall we harvest the berries extract them fresh and combine the two extracts for the final product. If created this way, Hawthorn becomes the Heart Herb that it is famous for.

So it is a long Winter. The Plants are sleeping under a deep white robe and drinking heartily a smoothie of snowmelt and soil. Our two garden helpers are assisting in Osha bed maintenance and harvest.

Well, I saw a busload of Burners camping on our road up the mountain and 2 hours later there is a fire there. If you know Burners please tell them not to throw out cigarette butts and also to bury their p**p!! A few careless people give more good people a bad name...ERG!

Blue Vervain is sprouting new leaves now. It helps multiple issues from mind looping to PMS, etc. The pollinators and our herb business await these tiny flowers. The snow is finally melting!
