I have been collecting (mostly vintage) sewing machines for around 20 years. I started breaking ‘em down to see why they wouldn’t work soon after I started collecting ‘em. Usually all that was wrong was that they were dirty. In the fall of 2019 I took a class on how to repair sewing machines. Talk about game changer. :) It is amazing all that I can do now. I even love the modern machines now. N
ow, I can’t fix something that is wrong w/a computer in a machine but I can fix most of what is mechanically wrong w/your sewing machine. I’d love to work on your sewing machine! I am no longer accepting Vking/Huskvarna Machines. My prices are:
Sewing machines:
$112.50 for a full service. This includes all adjustments, cleaning, greasing, & oiling. Parts:
Are what I pay for ‘em plus $1.00 a minute for installation. Now I want to point out I charge for how long it should take me to install anything not how long it takes me as I am slow. Also if there is nothing to install I naturally don’t charge any installation charges. Most parts shouldn’t take more than 10 minutes. Sergers:
$112.50 for a full service. Parts are what I pay for ‘em plus $1:00 a minute for installation. Embroidery machines
$160.00 for a full service. Parts are what I pay for ‘em plus $1.00 a minute for installation. Slip resistance pads to the bottom of your foot controller. I can glue a slip resistant pad to the bottom of your foot controller for $5. Now I know that ya can do this yourself but I do have the pad & the glue. I’ll do it for ya for $5. I am now instituting a 90 day guarantee. If your machine doesn’t work for ya I’ll do my best to get it running or give ya your $ back. After 90 days I am gonna deleat the pictures I took while working on your machine so would have to start over. By that time you should know if your machine is working after all.
