Hello, my fellow humans. lol. This time of year is usually fraught with stress, money stress, travel, time management, etc. This year is exacerbated with the upcoming election. Mental health struggles will be GROSSLY exaggerated! Don't forget it's never a shame to ask for help or someone to bounce ideas, coping, etc off of. I am back in private practice and have opened new slots for the upcoming demand!

Know that when you share your life with someone, you share EVERYTHING. If you grieve a loss, so does your life partner. If you are coping with an offense or trauma so is your life partner. If you are managing a chronic illness, so is your life partner. If you get lost in life, your life partner loses you. Just be mindful.
