All are welcome to receive free blood pressure, blood sugar, and BMI screenings. For those who are uninsured and live in Pickens County, full-scope primary care is available at no cost after qualification. Our team is here to serve with kindness and professionalism, creating a space where every person feels seen and cared for. Appointments are encouraged, and walk-ins are welcome. Our GYN Clinic meets on the first and third Wednesday of each month and offers free Pap smears, mammograms, and breast exams for uninsured women who qualify. We believe caring for women’s health is an important part of supporting families and strengthening our community.
