Congress has passed the Autism CARES Act of 2024, sending it to the President's desk to be signed into law.
As the only federal law solely dedicated to meeting the needs of individuals with autism and their families, the Autism CARES Act was a top priority of ours this year.
Through your support, we protected two decades of progress under this law and ensured that future national autism initiatives address the most critical issues facing autistic people and their families today - from healthcare training to adult services, communication supports and much more.
