Our Pose of the Month is - Camel Pose (Ustrasana) is a powerful heart‑opening backbend that strengthens the spine, improves posture, and boosts energy. Camel Pose gently stretches the entire front body while strengthening the back and core to support healthy spinal mobility. This deep chest opening can help counteract slouching and long hours of sitting by expanding the rib cage and improving breathing efficiency.

There are many ways to practice Camel Pose and we are excited to see how your practice grows this month! These variations are from our Aerial and Advanced Aerial classes, as well as Scorpion in Vinyasa where we practiced Camel Pose as one of our prep exercises.
