It’s easy to forget to drink water when it’s freezing outside, but your spinal discs are largely made of water! ☕ Heavy snow removal and cold air actually dehydrate you faster than you think.
Dehydrated discs are less "springy" and more prone to injury during winter activities. Aim for at least 8oz of water for every 20 minutes you spend outside shoveling or walking in the snow.
