Today is National Working Moms Day, so here’s a little reminder for the moms doing both.🤍

The moms answering emails with one hand and holding a baby with the other.
The moms packing lunches before work and finishing tasks after bedtime.
The moms who show up to work tired because someone was up all night.

The truth is, most working moms feel like they’re falling short somewhere.

Not giving enough at work.
Not being present enough at home.
Not getting enough rest.

But the reality is… we’re carrying a lot that no one sees.

The schedules, the mental load, the childcare plans, the guilt, the love.
