Gem Yoga WNY will be closing.

I will continue to provide lessons but with being in school full-time, the responsibilities of being a parent, and transitioning through private matters, maintaining the studio has been overwhelming. Many thanks to everyone who joined me for practice!

Starting Tuesday, September 3rd Gem Yoga will be hosting Community Nights every Tuesday from 5-8PM. Art will be displayed and all participants are allowed to share perspectives on current events, voice concerns on what is happening locally, nationally, and globally to collaborate and constructively address these concerns.
