It's -3 degrees here at our Studio. It's cccold out there but a comfortable 70 degrees in our studio. Lets warm up with a slow flow with our healer Rose. She is a certified yoga therapist and instructor, personal fitness trainer, holistic practitioner, herbal nutritionist, medical intuitive and Avana & Whitten practitioner. She shares her wisdom in her classes and for those who listen. She encourages our yoginis to modify poses and practice "ahimsa" non-violence to ourselves and every living and non-living thing on our planet. Be the love and spread love daily. Join us at 9:30 AM.
