Thursday evening's yoga forecast- outside its rainy and gray.... Inside let's get wrapped up in Garudasana (Twisted Eagle). Working on issues of the heart such as grief, sadness, unforgiveness, betrayal. Also fears, worries and stress management. Its a great way to open up our heart and sacral chakras (shoulders and hips). Join Yogini Rose at 6:10 PM with some old school yoga. Not your cookie cutter gym yoga. We use the ways of the Ancients.
