Who will I be working with?
Guild Eyewear Studio is a eyewear boutique in East Aurora. Because of our growth we are looking to add an ambitious, like-minded, client-focused associate to our team. So, what will the role entail?
We are known for our eyewear, in-office experience and high-level service. This role is perfect for you if:
* You are passionate about eyewear and style
* You like to make personal connections with clients, whether that’s on the phone, in reception or during an eyewear consultation.
* You’re detailed oriented and are comfortable managing orders, scheduling appointments, filing claims and handling day-to-day tasks to help the office run smoothly
* You’re interested in being a key member of our growing practice which includes traveling to eyewear shows and team trainings
* You’re looking for growth opportunities and want to continue to learn and expand your abilities to deliver the highest level of customer experience.
* You enjoy working with luxury, independent eyewear brands and are interested in helping to grow and curate our eyewear collection
