Imagine an optical practice where clients are excited to visit. For clients like these, choosing new glasses is an experience they enjoy and get excited about, and you are a critical member of our team. Who will I be working with?
Guild Eyewear Studio is a eyewear boutique in East Aurora. Because of our growth we are looking to add an ambitious, like-minded, client-focused associate to our team. If you’re looking for an environment that makes you excited, challenges you, offers opportunities for growth and is something you can be proud of, then you’re the kind of person we’re looking for.

So, what will the role entail?
We are known for our eyewear, in-office experience and high-level service. This role is perfect for you if:

* You are passionate about eyewear and style
* You like to make personal connections with clients, whether that’s on the phone, in reception or during an eyewear consultation.
* You’re detailed oriented and are comfortable managing orders, scheduling appointments, filing claims and handling day-to-day tasks to help the office run smoothly
* You’re interested in being a key member of our growing practice which includes traveling to eyewear shows and team trainings
* You’re looking for growth opportunities and want to continue to learn and expand your abilities to deliver the highest level of customer experience.
* You enjoy working with luxury, independent eyewear brands and are interested in helping to grow and curate our eyewear collection
