Sana Sana is a full service Physical Therapy, Pelvic health PT and Pilates studio located in the Village of East Aurora.

Sana is a Physical Therapy, Pilates and wellness collaborative providing Orthopedic and Pelvic floor PT, private and group reformer based pilates sessions, birth prep, balance classes, massage therapy and nutrition counseling. Sana sets itself apart by providing our Physical Therapy services in an individualized one on one hour long session. We do not utilize PT aids or assistants and our PTs work

with only one Patient at a time. Sana Pilates and fitness classes take place in a state of the art Balanced Body Pilates studio. Our teachers are all comprehensively trained in the Pilates method to deliver safe and highly effective classes for all levels of abilities.

Laura approaches massage through a somatic and trauma-Informed lens that facilitates an active relationship between her hands and the person on her table. She uses an array of myofascial and neuromuscular massage techniques integrated with the yoga therapeutics of breath, facilitated stretch, and meditation. Her approach to massage therapy is adapted to each person on her table with the aim of relieving pain while cultivating a constitution of compassion from within. Long held strokes and intentional touch helps to slow down the mind, ground the nervous system, and melt away dysfunctional holding patterns. Meet Dr. Hannah!

Hannah received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree from Nazareth University. Since graduating, Hannah has worked in the orthopedic setting where she began to develop her passion for treating patients in a holistic manner. She has worked with many populations of all ages with varying diagnoses. Hannah specializes in orthopedics, neuromuscular, and pelvic health. Hannah received pelvic health training through the prestigious Herman and Wallace Institute for Pelvic Health.

Hannah is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. Her goal is to guide you with compassion, expertise, and encouragement every step of the way. She enjoys treating patients focusing on sport specific rehabilitation

For fun, Hannah enjoys engaging in different sports such as pickle ball, volleyball, or anything else outdoors. As a former college lacrosse athlete, she is dedicated to keeping her body moving and is ready to help you too.​
