We’ve refined our aerial yoga class descriptions to give you a clearer idea of what to expect in each class — but don’t worry, they’re still open to all levels, with plenty of modifications to meet you where you are.
💫 Aerial Yoga – Low Hammock
Focuses on lower body conditioning and deep stretches. The lower hammock height offers stability, support, and a grounded way to release tension in the hips, hamstrings, and lower back.
💫 Aerial Yoga – Hip Height
Build upper body strength, core stability, and balance. The higher hammock invites dynamic movement and occasional inversions, helping you grow strength and confidence in the air.
No matter which style you choose, Aerial Yoga increases strength, stability, balance, and flexibility — all while having fun and exploring movement in a new way!
