We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Lead Front Desk / Technician to join our team. This role coordinates with hands-on patient care, supporting both the front office and clinical flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage appointment scheduling and time coordination
• Verify insurance and pull charts for upcoming visits
• Perform pre-testing and assist with specialized testing as directed by the doctor
• Confirm appointments and maintain accurate records
• Support filing and general office organization
• Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude
Qualifications:
• Experience in optometry or medical office preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with a heart for helping others
• Outgoing personality with a “customer first” mindset
Compensation:
Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
