We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Lead Front Desk / Technician to join our team. This role coordinates with hands-on patient care, supporting both the front office and clinical flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage appointment scheduling and time coordination
• Verify insurance and pull charts for upcoming visits
• Perform pre-testing and assist with specialized testing as directed by the doctor
• Confirm appointments and maintain accurate records
• Support filing and general office organization
• Provide exceptional customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude

Qualifications:

• Experience in optometry or medical office preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with a heart for helping others
• Outgoing personality with a “customer first” mindset

Compensation:
Pay is based on experience and qualifications.

Our hearts are with our community as we face the devastation left by the EF4 tornado. We know that many families have lost their homes and belongings, and we want you to know that we are here for you.

In partnership with Bausch & Lomb, Alcon, and Cooper Vision, we are working to meet your contact lens needs. If you have lost your glasses, we are doing everything we can to coordinate with our lab to get you replacements as quickly as possible.
