🍁 Happy Thanksgiving, Beyond the Gate Family 🍁

Today I’m feeling deeply grateful — in a way that hits different this year.

✨ My husband and children — the grace they extend me every single day, the way they love me through every season, and how they hold space for me as I grow and heal.
✨ My incredible host of friends — from all different walks of life… the kind of community build of people who normally wouldn’t mix, yet somehow blends into the most magical, supportive soul-family I could ever ask for.
✨ My health & healing — as I prepare for surgery one week from today, I am filled with immense gratitude for my body, its resilience, and its willingness to heal with me, not against me.

Today, remember the power of gratitude.
And if you’re spending the day with people who don’t quite get you, here’s your gentle reminder:

🕯Your boundaries can be a soft light around you — guiding others on how to treat you, not an electric fence (IYKYK).

✨ Biggest Loser Update – and My REAL Wins ✨

I placed 6th out of 23 women (2 dropped) in this round of the Biggest Loser challenge.
Yes… I was in the top 3 until two weeks ago.
Yes… life came in hot, like it does.
And YES… I’m still proud as hell of myself.

Because here’s what you don’t see on the leaderboard:

💪 I hit 30 lbs of total weight loss this year (I gained 5 during the challenge and ultimately lost 3 — still just 2 lbs away from a full solid 30 down!)
⚖️ I lost over 10 lbs in the 10-week challenge.
⏳ I completed my first 36-hour and 48-hour fasts.
🧠 I learned how my body responds to sleep, stress, my cycle, hydration, fasting, and anxiety.
❤️‍🔥 I practiced grace. I gained, I didn’t place… and I still chose compassion over shame.
✨ My biggest flex? I’m honestly grateful for my progress. I’m healing my body myself — with intention, consistency, and love.

This journey isn’t about a trophy.
It’s about a lifestyle, a mindset, and a commitment to myself.

And BEST BELIEVE…
🔥 I cannot WAIT for the next round in January.

I’ll be stepping into a period of rest next week as I undergo a scheduled surgery. This time is all about healing, recalibrating, and honoring my energetic needs.

Because of this, December will be a lighter month for bookings, while I allow my body and spirit to fully recalibrate. Thank you for your understanding and for holding space — I promise to return refreshed, aligned, and ready to serve at a higher frequency. 💜🌙
