Carolyn Romano is a mind-body medicine practitioner whose areas of expertise include energy medicine, mind-body skill building, native American healing ritual and ceremony, understanding the emotional roots of disease, releasing trauma from cellular memory, and other alternative healing practices focused on self-care. She also became a certified hypnotherapist by the National Guild of Hypnotists, and chanumpa (sacred pipe) carrier trained in the Lakota tradition. Carolyn opened Bliss Healing Arts to pursue her passion of helping individuals and groups achieve lives of balance, abundance, and joy. Carolyn hosts a live monthly radio program called Living on Purpose with Carolyn Romano, that is part of the Dreamvisions 7 Radio Network broadcast on WWZN1510 AM and streamed online at Dreamvisions7radio.com and has a listenership of over 15,000 people. From 2002 to 2005, Carolyn was Program Director of the Theosophical Society in Boston, an organization dedicated to exploring Ageless Wisdom. Along with her three sisters, Carolyn created The Frank J. Romano Foundation in 2008 to honor the memory of her father who passed away in 2007 from pancreatic cancer and to continue his life-long legacy of service. Carolyn holds a B.A. from Drew University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law. Trained as an attorney, Carolyn has spent much of the last 20 years as an educational consultant, grant writer, and director of both national and state education projects. She also works with Levine-Piro Law Firm in Maynard, and Encompass Education, a consulting firm in Braintree.
