Before we became Joy Bringers Home care and Alegria Senior Care, we were nurses in ICUs, Emergency Rooms, and Operating Rooms. We learned to assess quickly. To act decisively. To save lives.
But when we founded these companies, we learned something even more important: The best care doesn't start with a clipboard. It starts with a conversation. So before we ever create a care plan, we ask:

We ask these questions not because they're on a form. We ask because they matter.
