Mindfulness doesn’t mean clearing your mind.

We have been working on something BIG!

For over 30 years, Stress and Anxiety Services has been dedicated to changing lives. Today, we are thrilled to officially announce the launch of our fully virtual Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for OCD, Anxiety, and PTSD.

We know that for many kids, teens, and adults, one hour a week isn’t always enough to make the breakthrough you deserve. But we also know that life—school, work, and family—doesn’t stop.

That is why Stacey Dobrinsky, PsyD has created a flexible, evidence-based program designed to meet you exactly where you are.

What to expect from our Virtual IOP:

Gold Standard Care: We specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET).

High-Touch Support: 3 days a week featuring one-on-one time with your therapist, peer groups, and virtual exposure support.
