This is absolutely worth 5 minutes of your time. Babies thrive with parents who are happy and healthy, both mentally and physically. Sleep promotes that in parents. We as parents have the duty to help our kids adjust and learn to navigate this world. You do not have a duty to sleep train, but you as a good person should not be spreading misinformation about choices you don’t like.
