Carie Yoga

Carie Yoga Gentle Hatha Yoga classes offered in a relaxing environment. These hatha yoga classes are gentle yoga classes
that are accessible to most everyone.

They involve
breath, meditation, body awareness, gentle stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and easier, with some modified, postures. These are good classes for beginners who want to start slowly or people who just prefer a slower pace with lots of warm-ups and meditation. They are also good classes for people with limited range-of-motion or with some chronic health conditions such as arthritis or fibromyalgia. The body likes to be blessed and invited to open. It will respond with a transformative quality, liberation, comforting energy and peace.

You are invited to a new 6-week, hatha yoga session at the Louisville Paradise United Church of Christ starting on Tuesday, January 13 through February 17, 2026. The cost is $30 for six consecutive, yoga classes, which will be from 7:00pm-8:00pm.

You are invited to a new 6-week yoga session at the First United Presbyterian Church located at 265 W. Beech Street, Alliance OH on Thursdays starting on 1-8-26 through 2-12-26. Classes will be from 7:00pm to 8:00pm. The cost is $30 for 6 hatha yoga, consecutive classes paid in cash or personal check.
