Following your discharge from physical therapy, Northeast Kingdom Physical Therapy offers you use of our fitness facilities, located at both locations, to maintain your improvements and continue to achieve benefits from becoming more fit. Gym memberships are available at a very low monthly rate. I concert with our rehabilitation department we offer recreational/leisure time activity counseling, wellness training and advise on proper lifestyle, eating habits and travel tips.
