Looking to dive deeper into poses, find new footing, be in conversation? Working on Crow, Triangle, Wheel, Low Plank? This workshop invites you INSIDE the pose, where alignment becomes something you FEEL—not something you force or overthink! Using Baptiste True North Alignment methodology, we’ll slow down, explore familiar poses more deeply, and learn how to root, stabilize, and expand from the inside out.

Through a lax class structure, guided inquiry, gentle assists, some partner work and time to sense what’s actually happening in your body, you’ll discover how bones, breath, and intuition work together to create strength, clarity, and freedom in the shape! This is not about perfection —it’s about finding integrity, ease, and power within the poses you already explore!
Come with one or two things you want to work on! We all learn from each other.
