In this fun and supportive partner workshop with T, we’ll explore how working with another person can deepen your understanding of core stability, intuition, balance, patience and alignment in yoga. Through safe, guided partner poses and creative drills, you’ll learn how the core and breath awareness truly supports the entire body.
Practicing with a partner provides real-time feedback, helping you feel where strength, stability, and awareness originate. You’ll experience how engaging the core improves balance, lightness in transitions, and confidence in more challenging postures.
Plus, we’ll laugh!🤸
No partner is required—you’ll rotate and work with others in a welcoming environment. This workshop is designed for all levels and focuses on connection, safety, and discovering strength together.
