Answer Revealed! 🫀 — December 2, CMR Case

This patient has Group I pulmonary arterial hypertension.
The CMR showed an interventricular septal angle of 166° and a low-flow pulmonary artery state, supporting the diagnosis.
A diagnostic cath would confirm the findings.
