Just realized ot is been a hot minute since i posted here. I have been so involved in getting Mountain Remedies Apothecary and BodyWorks going i have not thought to.
Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Sunday! And thank you to all my clients who keep entrusting me with their massage. It is very humbling and I appreciate you all!

Today we are doing 15 minute chair massage at the Ga Mtn Trail Fest! Come by and see us in the fitness center!
We also have CBD products, Real Time pain relief, rice packs and Simply Earth essential oils and products!
We will be here all weekend!!
