Beyond skincare, there is another creative part of my life that was born during one of my hardest seasons. It’s called Strong Spirit.

I began creating these simple triangle necklaces during a time when I was rebuilding my life, raising my son on my own, and learning that pressure does not mean breaking.

The triangle symbolizes stability, grounding, and quiet resilience. A reminder that no matter how much life presses in, we are built to hold.

Each piece is handmade by me here on Cape Cod and includes a small affirmation card. What started as something deeply personal has grown into something I now share with other women and men who are rebuilding , enduring , and rising.

For everyone that keeps going, even when it is hard, this is for you.

Strong Spirit necklaces are handmade intention jewelry rooted in resilience, inner strength, and personal foundation. Each piece includes a handwritten affirmation and is designed to be worn daily.
