📓✨Feeling nostalgic…this notebook has been with me for just around 9 years. It’s traveled on many vacations and adventures, and has spent lots of time outdoors. It’s the place I write down all of my crazy ideas, draw doodads and make plans for the future. 💫

There are pages falling out and tattered edges, ideas that have come to life and some things I wrote that no longer resonate. Being a woman of ‘lists’, I find it both empowering and enlightening to peruse through things that were once a mere thought and have now manifested into reality OR- on the other hand, have fallen off or over the edge because desires or priorities have shifted. 🌬️

Planting both physical and metaphorical seeds in this new season of growth has me feeling all the feels. 🪴

Happy Spring everyone! 🌱🐌🐣

🍎Fall colors, sister weekends, herbal retreats, new friends, barn time, first indoor fire of the season, field trips and fall frolics, harvests and holiday prep, slow weekends with family, costume crafting and bright glimpses of future adventures! Certainly what fall dreams are made of! 🍁🍯🌿

☀️ If summer had to fit into just one minute…🍓

🌊 So long, summer 2025. You were one for the books!

✨We’ve been spending some intentional time away from the digital world.
Trying to set a good example for our kids. 💫
🐚Trying to stay active, drink enough water, eat food as medicine, keep our thoughts pure and most of all…

✨LIVE✨…happy and healthy. 🌿🤍✨👏

In a world where there is so much distraction and plenty of ‘stuff’ to get in the way, these seemingly simple things can be PRETTY difficult. 🙃

Cheers to another year, a little bit more wisdom, and all the belly laughs and memories that are just waiting to be had! 🥰
