Last Friday wrapped up August's special events with my Enchanted Realms Sound Bath: Transform through Dragonfire. I had to share these gorgeous moments captured by Faeth while we were settling in.

And of course, I had to get permission to share Rhonda's testimony because it really tickled us all in the moment--bringing in a great release through laughter following our journey to active our inner dragon rider.

So many beautiful transformations took place in the circle that night, and I felt that one phrase really encompassed it all. With my own teachers and mentors, I've experienced that moment after a healing takes place, when you feel something big has shifted, fallen into place, or been remembered, but the words haven't quite caught up to the experience yet, so all you can say is "holy s**t!"

A Medicine Minute from the woodpecker!

What kinds of things do you consider when deciding what food to eat? Do you grab what's easiest, what's cheapest, or what takes the least amount of time to make? Do you let your calorie intake determine what and when you eat? Are you present while you're eating?

The woodpecker invites us to approach our nutrition through the Law of Vibration. By feeling into the frequency of the food we're about to eat first, we shift into a state of deeper discernment, self-love, and awareness.

Move inward to access your inner radiance, then invite your food to match that radiance. If it doesn't, maybe you make a different choice. Or perhaps you accept the discomfort after a heavy meal while enjoying a night out, trusting that you'll meet yourself with compassion afterward. Entrain your food up to your high vibration, or allow a vibrant plate to entrain you to a higher frequency. Nourish your temple.

Thank you to all of the dragon riders who came out in full force for last night's Enchanted Realms event! The entire day was full of magic--including many cosmic connections, synchronicities, and beautiful gifts. We all left the labyrinth feeling empowered, clear, and owning our power doubtlessly. I can't wait to see you at the next event on Sept. 6th at 6 pm for Enchanted Realms: Prehistoric Wisdom.

The one thing that you can always count on in life is change. This Sunday morning will be the final class at North Star Yoga. If you ever had a healing experience in this studio or have been waiting for a chance to come by, I encourage you to come out and show your support one last time at my 9:30 am all levels Alchemy Yoga class.

Today's message is about abundance--financial abundance in particular--and how we may block our own flow of money by giving our power over to it. True power is cultivated within and can't be taken away unless freely given.

My Enchanted Realms Sound Bath series is designed for people of all ages to access, maybe for the first time in a while, the spirit of their magical inner child. These events take place outdoors in the Find Your Fairytale Labyrinth while the elements allow.

Participants are encouraged to surrender into deep meditation--listening to the whispers of their soul while in stillness or walking the labyrinth. Each event is curated with a different type of energy, but they all share the same intention: helping you find your fairytale.

Transform through Dragonfire will help you burn away and shed what isn't serving to clear a path to your highest good. Last week's practice at Betty's Neck was proof that magic exists. It was an unforgettable experience of healing, play, and connection to Mother Earth. I will be eternally grateful for those cellular memories.

Yoga in the Golden Hour at Betty's Neck will continue as long as the elements allow. The next session will take place on Sept. 8th at 5:30 pm. The sun will be setting a little earlier, the temperatures may be a little cooler, but the magic and the heart to heart connection to the natural world will be as strong as ever.
